Tate came out to measure and presented the design options and placed a custom order. Tate also installed a new in the box Sears Craftsman opener that I had purchased many years ago and had never used. Very happy with the results."

"Tate saved me over $1,000. My garage door springs broke last night. I went to Angi's list and had half a dozen calls come in within minutes. Tate was one of the calls. He was kind, professional, and straightforward on the expected cost - but he couldn't meet until the next day. So I had one of the guys who was "in the neighborhood" come by that evening. The quote from a competitor was $1,300. "These are custom-made springs...". I called Tate back and asked his perspective - Tate said don't do it, wait for tomorrow morning, and he'd take a look. Sure enough, Tate's fix was $298, exactly as he quoted the night before. The garage door works. Tate's a stand-up guy. And I'd genuinely recommend him to anyone needing work done or a whole new garage."

Kind, respectful, sense of humor, not hurried or cut corners. I have shared my experience with Tate with the ladies of two church groups I belong too. I recommend him highly. Thank you again Tate for being you. Thank you."

"I HIGHLY recommend Tates. I had 5 quotes and they all said the same thing. My entire garage door would have to be replaced. One said they could do a repair and sent a quote for the whole door. These frustrations were all dismissed when Tates came over and not only had the most reasonable full door replacement quote but went above and beyond in saying he could get my door working on the spot. The verticals bar and horizontal supports were bent. My door was admittingly in bad shape. I have been out of work for a year and was forced to accept this whole door would have to be replaced, stressing out at an unfortunate timing issue and here - I was being offered a workable solution for a fraction of the price. Well, not only was it repaired in record time, the workmanship was second to none. It even comes with a guarantee and my door is quiet and opens smoother than it was before it broke. I can’t recommend Tates enough. They will be my go to for all my business moving forward. These days it’s harder to find helpful, highly skilled people who can do complex repair work and not oversell you. The pricing was way more than fair and my immediate problem resolved. I am so grateful and strongly recommend Tates to be your first call."
