“I HIGHLY recommend Tates. I had 5 quotes and they all said the same thing. My entire garage door would have to be replaced. One said they could do a repair and sent a quote for the whole door. These frustrations were all dismissed when Tates came over and not only had the most reasonable full door replacement quote but went above and beyond in saying he could get my door working on the spot. The verticals bar and horizontal supports were bent. My door was admittingly in bad shape. I have been out of work for a year and was forced to accept this whole door would have to be replaced, stressing out at an unfortunate timing issue and here - I was being offered a workable solution for a fraction of the price. Well, not only was it repaired in record time, the workmanship was second to none. It even comes with a guarantee and my door is quiet and opens smoother than it was before it broke. I can’t recommend Tates enough. They will be my go to for all my business moving forward. These days it’s harder to find helpful, highly skilled people who can do complex repair work and not oversell you. The pricing was way more than fair and my immediate problem resolved. “My garage door was cracking at the top panel in the center and Tates Garage came out same day to check it out and provide an estimate. He gave me an honest recommendation and was able to fix just the broken panels. Doors had to be ordered and when they arrived he was able to replace the panels quickly.
