I HIGHLY recommend Tates. I had 5 quotes and they all said the same thing. My entire garage door would have to be replaced. One said they could do a repair and sent a quote for the whole door. These frustrations were all dismissed when Tates came over and not only had the most reasonable full door replacement quote but went above and beyond in saying he could get my door working on the spot. The verticals bar and horizontal supports were bent. My door was admittingly in bad shape. I have been out of work for a year and was forced to accept this whole door would have to be replaced, stressing out at an unfortunate timing issue and here - I was being offered a workable solution for a fraction of the price.
